Plans Announced For Avery Dania Pointe Luxury Development In Dania Beach

Meyers Group, a mixed-use real estate firm, recently announced that it is launching a rental portfolio in South Florida called Avery Collection.

The collection includes Avery Dania Pointe, part of the new Dania Pointe project in Dania Beach, which broke ground on its second phase on July 12.

Avery Dania Pointe will break ground in August, and will be built in two phases as part of the 102-acre Dania Pointe mixed-use complex. Besides luxury residences, over 1 million square feet of shopping, dining and office space will also call Avery Dania Pointe home.

Phase one of the project will consist of an eight-story tower with 264 units starting at $1,600 a month. Phase two will launch over the next two years and will consist of an additional 336 units.

The residences will boast energy-efficient stainless steel appliances; energy-efficient air conditioning and heating systems; a choice of granite or quartz countertops; free Wi-Fi in amenity areas; a pool and fire pit area; green spaces; barbecue grills; a gym and yoga room; and premium access to shops, structured parking and valet services and dining and office space at Dania Pointe.

Avery Dania Point will also be pet friendly and will feature smart home technology and web-based innovations. Amenities will include a high-tech building entry system, interior apartment climate controls, door locks and gated structured parking.

The mixed-use project will be located on 102 acres along the east side of I-95 with Sterling Road to the south. Phase one of Dania Pointe broke ground in August 2017 and will house major retailers and dining options, including a 30,000-square-foot Lucky’s Market and 18 restaurants.

Phase two will house Avery Dania Pointe, 400 condominium units, a 350-key dual-brand hotel with Marriott, 450,000 square feet of office space, boutique stores and restaurants.

The Avery Collection also includes Avery Pompano Beach, a 137,046-square-foot luxury rental development.
